1. How can I find items on site?

You can search for items by:

a) Clicking on a category from the drop down box and leaving the keyword search blank.
b) Type a keyword into the search box.

c) Click on the individual channel and search for items specific to that channel.

2. How do I buy an item from this site?

a) Add items to your Shopping Basket by clicking "Add to Basket" on each item's Item Detail page

b) You can then click to continue shopping or checkout.

c) Click the "Buy Now" button to move an item directly to checkout without placing it in your shopping basket first.

3. How do I become a registered user?

a) Click on the "Register Now" button at the top of any page and fill out the form.

4. Do I have to register to use the site?

a) No. You can search for items and browse without registering.

5. What are the benefits of registering on the site?

a) You get an area where you can track pending purchases.
b) You can use our F.I.N.D. System to receive an email when items are added to the site that are of interest to you.

c) You can register for the F.I.N.D. System to receive email notifications when items you are interested are available on the site.

d) You will receive our monthly newsletter and periodic announcements for upcoming auctions and shows.

a) You may contact the dealer by clicking on the "Email Seller" button on any Item Detail page.
b) Type your questions in the email form.

1. How can I sell from your site?

a) Click the "Join As A Seller" link located in the tool bar at the top of this or any page.

b) Once on the Join as a Seller page, click the "Join GoAntiques NOW!" link at the top or bottom of the page. Fill out the information in the fields provided and click the "Submit" buton.

c) An Account Representative will contact you to verify your information and set up your account.

2. How much does it cost to be a seller through your site.

a) $79/ month for unlimited inventory - plus a small commission.

3. What if I have my own website?

a) This is no problem. GoAntiques can help you program your site to use our input tools. This allows you to input your item and description one time and it will show up through our distribution network.

4. What is a distribution network?

a) Our distribution network consists of several shopping portals such as Lycos, AuctionWatch, AOL, and other industry focused sites such as Art & Antiques Magazine, The Antiques News and other Interior Design sites.

5. Will you take credit card transactions for me?

a) Yes. GoAntiques offers a total e-commerce solution. We will process the transaction for you and wire the money into your account. We charge a 2% transaction fee based on the total sale.
